Dr. Blight - New Look

I think the belt around her waist kind of kills the look?  And that... maybe the boots could be better... and... I dunno.  There's a LOT to this one that I think could be done better, but, at the end of the day, I thought it was good enough.

If any of you silly scrags out there have any other ideas for sexy outfits to shove this evil genius in, let me know.
