Makina Warmup

As part of my studies, I've been warming up each day with a figure drawing that I then detail, turn into a character, ink and throw down some basic shading.

Due to some changes in my inking, I'm able to do these pretty quickly (or, at least, quicker than I was).  This one took me 74 minutes.  For my reference picture I used none other than the incredible Diana Tyuleneva: www.dynamitebrazil.com/loja/im…

On a side note, if you're looking for figure reference for superheroic females, Diana is one of the BEST models I've ever seen.  Her body is magnificent, her face bold and amazing, and her poses are very dramatic.  (Her modeling ability is only SLIGHTLY eclipsed by her fashion designs; more on that some other time)

Anyways, this is a 'Naruto'-esque character designed by my friend, .  Her name is Makina and she's pretty awesome.
