Not sure I like the color scheme but... meh... I think it works okay.
Drawn on Strathmore Bristol Smooth 9"x12". Pre-sketched with a non-photo blue colored pencil. Penciled with a papermate 0.5mm mechanical pencil. Scanned in around threshold 150 for the inks. Then colored with layers of transparent gradients.
